Who We Are
Dandy Rose is a place where children explore their imagination alongside other children, experience rhythm and ritual throughout the days and weeks, prepare nourishing foods from the garden, learn functional tasks on the homestead, experience relationship with our local, natural ecosystems, gain exposure to basic letter and number awareness, play cooperative games, create seasonally inspired crafts, and have songs, rhymes and music integrated into their days. ​Each child is honored with nurturing reverence and loving awareness in an environment that teaches and models kindness, empathy, and gratitude. We pride ourselves on our small, mixed-aged learning environment, where relational dynamics are modeled and tended to with direct guidance and love. We are adamant on encouraging and following through with conflict resolution in each scenario.
